Dr. Alsuwaida is currently a professor of medicine at King Saud University Medical City and is a

Consultant in the Division of Nephrology at the King Khalid University Hospital.

Dr. Alsuwaida is a fellow at The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, member of the Saudi Society of Nephrology and American Society of Nephrology.

He completed master degrees in clinical epidemiology and business administration. 

His interest in glomerulonephritis and business administration. 

He worked in many leading position and has published more than 70 papers in different journals.
