Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant to Project Manager based in the San Antonio Metroplex. The Assistant to Project Manager will be responsible for providing various administrative support tasks including organizing and managing documents, handling phone calls, and coordinating schedules. The role will also include executive administrative assistance duties, clerical work, and supporting effective communication within the project team.

Qualifications

• Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
• Experience with Clerical Skills and organizing documents
• Proficient in Communication and Phone Etiquette
• Strong organizational abilities and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Proficiency with office software and tools
• Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are advantageous

• Have a desire to work in the Commercial Construction field.
