We are committed to securing justice for every client we represent and are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our firm. Position Overview As an Associate Attorney specializing in Criminal Defense, you will manage cases from intake through resolution, draft legal pleadings and correspondence, and represent clients in court. You will provide legal counsel and advocacy while upholding the highest standards of fairness and ethics. You will also receive mentorship and training from a Managing Attorney. Candidates with an interest in other practice areas, including Family Law, are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Represent clients in El Paso County and surrounding areas Conduct case research to identify strengths and weaknesses Engage in plea negotiations, trial preparation, and legal drafting Stay current on legal trends and precedents Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Licensed to practice law in Colorado 2–5 years of criminal trial experience Strong analytical, communication, and courtroom skills A passion for criminal defense and commitment to client advocacy Compensation Base salary $100,000–$120,000, commensurate with experience Attractive bonus structure How to Apply Send your resume and a brief cover letter describing your interest and experience.
