Job Description

A nonprofit services organization in New York City is currently looking to fill two temporary Outreach & Auditing positions. In this role, the qualified professional will be responsible for ensuring quality assurance in client chart audits and maintaining accurate client outreach records.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough quality assurance audits on client charts across multiple systems with high attention to detail
• Document and enter notes for all client outreach activities accurately in databases
• Prepare Excel reports for clients requiring outreach efforts
• Obtain and verify client contact information in preparation for outreach activities
• Communicate effectively by phone, email, and verbally to support outreach processes

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of related work experience
• Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and comfortable creating spreadsheets
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and auditing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Desired Skills:

• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
