Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent to join our dynamic team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the successful production, quality, and timely completion of commercial roofing projects nationwide. The ideal candidate is a strong leader, highly organized, and committed to maintaining the highest standards in workmanship, safety, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee production and on-site execution of commercial roofing projects from start to finish
· Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, installation teams, and laborers
· Manage project timelines, production schedules, and ensure deadlines are met
· Maintain positive working relationships with contractors, subs, vendors, and clients
· Conduct daily site inspections for quality control and safety compliance
· Submit accurate daily progress reports and communicate effectively with project managers
· Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
· Assist with the processing and onboarding of new hires at job sites
· Travel extensively (typically 60-90 days at a time) to job sites throughout the U.S.
Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years of experience in roofing or construction supervision
· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
· Clean background – must be able to pass background checks for military base access
· Clean driving record – valid driver’s license required
· Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
· Proficient with mobile devices and ability to operate construction management software
· Commitment to travel extensively and work on-site for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience working on military or government projects
· OSHA certification(s)
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
