Handle litigation, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, and prepare legal records for court filings. Prepare and file court documents, ensuring timely compliance with deadlines. Conduct legal research and assist with trial preparation. Appear in court as required. Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements: Current State Bar of California Member (required). Proven experience as an attorney, with knowledge of criminal law and legal procedures. Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. Familiarity with trial preparation, litigation issues, and the subpoena process. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Clio, Green Filing, Adobe Pro, Outlook, and other software applications. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work well as part of a team. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications: Licensed to practice law in California (required). Skills: Knowledge of criminal law, legal procedures, and court systems. Strong legal research, writing, and pleading drafting skills. Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks. Excellent judgment and decision-making ability.
