Reports to the MTSI Army and Missile Defense Division, Missile Defense Services Business Unit Chief Engineer, providing digital transformation and architecture expertise across the Division customer set, with a focus on the Missile Defense Agency, Army RCCTO, and Army PEOs. Key Responsibilities include: Analyze and recommend improvements to DoD customer infrastructure and service offerings, including modernization, network security, application refactoring, and cloud migration. Collaborate with AMD customers to develop new IT strategies supporting emerging mission needs, assessing current and future skills and technologies. Advise on enterprise architecture and roadmaps, ensuring adherence to frameworks like DoDAF, UAF, and TOGAF. Design scalable digital ecosystem architectures and solutions. Define digital platform architecture frameworks, including design methodologies and best practices. Develop secure digital ecosystems supporting multi-level security solutions. Support business development and proposal activities related to digital ecosystems. Required Skills and Qualifications: Ability to engage with stakeholders across system domains, analyzing requirements, processes, and capabilities. Experience in designing and implementing digital ecosystems to meet customer needs, including developing sustainment roadmaps. Proficiency in system operation analysis. Strong customer service skills with professional interaction and presentation abilities. Experience modeling complex DoD or government systems and publishing models in web or document formats. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-quality environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time with attention to detail. Experience deploying COTS and commercial offerings in DoD environments. Security Clearance: Minimum Top Secret; ability to obtain Top Secret with SCI eligibility; active TS/SCI preferred. 10+ years in developing and implementing Digital Engineering capabilities for DoD, with deep understanding of digital transformation goals and frameworks. Certifications: Security+ CE, CASP+, CCSP, Cloud+, CISSP, CSSLP, or other DoD 8140 certifications.
