Sodexo is seeking a District Manager 2to manage the Campus Segment in Western PA and West Virginia . This role is responsible for successfully coordinating and directing all activities within the assigned geographic area through subordinate managers, supervisors, and employees, including financial performance, client retention, and employee training and development. Works with clients and the Senior Vice President in all matters relating to contract and account operations in order to establish and maintain a solid and mutually beneficial business relationship that ensures account retention. Develops a business plan and budget for the accounts with the General Manager.
The ideal District Manager candidate will have strong strategic leadership, financial acumen, talent management, communication, and project management skills. This candidate will need to be able to work collaboratively, both horizontally and vertically within both organizations, and have outstanding presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage the workload accordingly. Works with clients and the VP in all matters relating to contract and account operations to establish and maintain a solid and mutually beneficial business relationship and ensure account growth and account retention.
