We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Electrical Estimator for Public Works in the Construction industry. This is a unique opportunity to join our progressive team and play a vital role in shaping the future of our company. This role will involve a high level of responsibility and the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects.

Responsibilities:

As a Electrical Estimator, you will be a key player in our public works team, working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and other professionals. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Preparing detailed electrical estimates for public works construction projects.
2. Collaborating with the project team to understand and address technical aspects of the project.
3. Analyzing project documents to identify potential cost risks and opportunities for cost savings.
4. Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and technical information.
5. Participating in bid reviews and presentations to senior management.
6. Keeping abreast of industry trends and advancements in electrical construction and estimating techniques.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical estimating, preferably in the public works sector.
2. A solid understanding of electrical construction methods, materials, and regulations.
3. Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
5. The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
