Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

PAY: 30.5K Base Salary PLUS UNLIMITED commission. *Average Loan Officer makes between $85,000 - $125,000 in first year!!*

Entry Level Loan Officer Key Responsibilities
* Train under experienced Mortgage Bankers and leadership
* Apply real sales tactics through hands-on coaching and CRM tools
* Deliver exceptional customer service while managing warm leads from multiple sources
Entry Level Loan Officer Qualifications
* *Bachelor's degree **OR** 2+ years in inside sales, service, military, or commission-based roles*
* Strong communication skills (phone, written, and in-person)
