NTT DATA is currently seeking a Epic EHR Builder/Analyst (Certified) - to join our team. This is a 100% remote U.S. role.
**W2 only - No agencies or vendors. Candidate MUST be able to work on NTT DATA payroll.
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Epic EHR Builder/Analyst to support the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of Epic modules with a focus on MyChart, Hello World, Welcome, and OCR. This role is critical to the success of the WI Epic Revenue Cycle Redesign Program, particularly in implementing digital arrival solutions and enhancing Revenue Cycle workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Build and configure Epic applications for provider and/or Revenue Cycle/patient access environments
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document application requirements
- Evaluate Epic software updates and coordinate planning for installations
- Conduct thorough workflow validation and integrated application testing
- Support implementation of digital arrival tools such as Hello World and MyChart
- Partner with SMEs and vendors to ensure successful project execution
Required:
- Epic Certification in MyChart and one or more modules (e.g., Cadence, Grand Central, MyChart, Prelude)
- Experience with Revenue Cycle optimization and strong understanding of clinical and Revenue Cycle workflows
- Familiarity with digital arrival tools and patient engagement technologies (MyChart, Hello World, Welcome Kiosk, or OCR)
- Prior involvement in large-scale Epic implementations or redesign programs
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($x - x/hourly ) . This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
