We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of a variety of events that contribute to our organization's mission and growth. As an Events Assistant, you will collaborate closely with event coordinators to maintain schedules, manage logistics, and ensure that all aspects of each event are executed smoothly.

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events from conception to execution.
• Maintain event timelines and ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and manage logistics.
• Help manage event registrations, track RSVPs, and handle inquiries from attendees.
• Support on-site event management, including setup, registration, and post-event teardown.
• Assist in the creation of promotional materials and event collateral.

• Proven experience in event planning or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with event management software.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by the event schedule.
