Our IT team is expanding and looking to add a Financial Analyst . We are looking for a dynamic and driven candidate who is interested in joining a fast-growing global company in the automotive sector.

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for implementing, optimizing, and maintaining the financial modules of an ERP system, ensuring that financial processes align with business needs and improve financial management efficiency. Other duties include:

• ERP System Management & Optimization
  • Responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing ERP modules (such as FI, CO, AP, AR, GL, AA, etc. )
  • Ensure the stable operation of the ERP system, troubleshoot, and fix system issues
  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and data migration to ensure business continuity
• Financial process optimization and data analysis
  • Design and optimize processes for accounting, budgeting, cost control, asset management, and taxation
  • Automate financial workflows, such as reconciliation, invoicing, and tax calculations
• User Training & Technical Support
  • Provide ERP system training with the financial personnel to enhance operational skills
  • Develop system operation manuals, answer ERP-related questions, and provide technical support

To be a qualified candidate, you must have the following:

• Strong understanding of financial accounting (FA) and management accounting (MA)
• ERP System Experience: Familiar with Plex, QAD, Oracle ERP etc, Familiarity with SAP is preferred
• Familiarity with cost accounting, asset management, budgeting, and financial consolidation
• Database Knowledge: Proficient in SQL and MySQL for data queries and management
• Communication & Project Management: Strong cross-department communication and ERP project coordination skills
