Our mission is to provide general and advanced/interventional gastroenterology services in an Affable, Affordable & Accessible manner for Accurate Answers Director of IT will oversee all technology operations in a fast-paced environment. You'll manage critical systems like Electronic Health Records (EHR), ensure HIPAA compliance, and collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to align IT initiatives with organizational goals. The Director of IT will evaluate and mitigate IT risk, as well as lead our technological operations through strategic and hands-on initiatives. This individual will work under the direction of the CEO or his designee(s). Qualifications Include Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). 3-5 years of experience in healthcare IT leadership. Strong knowledge of EHR systems and healthcare IT infrastructure. Preferable experience with eClinicalWorks and Epic EMR. Deep understanding of HIPAA and data security standards. Proven track record in managing complex IT projects and budgets. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Criminal background and drug screening required as well as excellent professional references.
