The Middle School Girls Associate shapes the way a city views church by creating excellent, safe, relational environments that help students take next steps of faith.

WHAT YOU NEED // SKILLS

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for seeing middle schoolers take next steps in faith
• Ability to cast a compelling vision and delegate ministry to volunteer leaders
• Ability to interpersonally connect with students, volunteers, and parents in various stages of life
• Experience in event management and balancing

WHAT YOU DO // RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recruits, trains, and mobilizes Middle School small group leaders
• Develops and distributes small group curriculum based on the Middle School scope and cycle
• Assists with the planning and execution of all Middle School programming and events
• Partners with families to help students take their next steps of faith
• Provides organizational support and project management for the Middle School team
• Leads and supports the Middle School Intern

WHO YOU ARE // CHARACTER

• Committed follower of Jesus
• Proven track record of leading students, equipping leaders, and engaging with parents
• A team player with a “we” over “me” mentality
• 2+ years of experience leading in a large student ministry environment multiple projects at once
• Bachelor's Degree required
