Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Patent Attorney, Associate, and Paralegal to support our intellectual property team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of patent law and experience in handling patent applications and intellectual property matters. This role is essential for providing legal advice, drafting patent applications, and ensuring compliance with patent regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and file patent applications
• Conduct patent searches and analyze prior art
• Provide legal advice on patentability and infringement issues
• Assist in the prosecution of patent applications before the USPTO
• Collaborate with inventors and clients to gather necessary information
• Manage and maintain patent portfolios
• Stay updated on changes in patent law and intellectual property regulations

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the bar in at least one jurisdiction
• Experience in patent law and intellectual property matters
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Knowledge of patent prosecution procedures and regulations
