JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Consulting Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Advisor to collaborate with our principals to provide optimal solutions to our clients worldwide. Leverage your experience as a full-time or consulting CFO to assist business owners and CEOs in their organizational needs. We value CFOs with an entrepreneurial spirit who prioritize their consultants and clients, fostering a supportive environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Utilize your CFO skills to support clients with leadership, turnarounds, growth strategies, executive coaching, and team building.
• Use our training and coaching to expand your network, develop relationships, follow up, and assist in closing new client leads.
• Engage with CEOs and business owners at a peer level, listening and asking relevant questions to identify core organizational issues.
• Assemble a team from within the client organization, our advisors, or partner firms to deliver the best solutions.
• Collaborate with other C-Suite professionals (CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CMOs, CHROs, CIOs, CTOs) who share the mission to serve our clients effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related field required; MBA or relevant Master's preferred.
• At least five years of experience as a CFO, business owner, or equivalent leadership role.
