At a glance:

The Project Manager at MHI is much more than the typical "IT PM" that coordinates timelines. The Project Manager at MHI is responsible for managing the stakeholder's expectations and high priority tasks. You are expected to understand the configuration and solutioning aspects of the project, since this will ultimately make sure the customer is supported and their asks are realistic. You are the one who is also keeping the MHI NSAW developers/consultants on the project up to date with any changes and nuances throughout the project details and timeline. A detail-oriented and highly driven individual is going to excel in this role. An individual who showcases their strengths as a MHI PM with NetSuite and NSAW product knowledge and on-time delivery are provided upward mobility opportunities internally.

Your Role:

• Lead project management activities such as project planning, creation of work breakdown structures, and change control in a remote or in-person capacity as requested by the client, including but not limited to video or onsite interaction
• Act as lead communicator to internal and external stakeholders regarding expectations, resolutions, and prioritization
• Manage multiple, concurrent projects to quality, on-time and on-budget implementations.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices.
• Skilled in using at least one BI platform: Oracle OAC, OBIEE, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or QlikView.
• Solid understanding of ERP systems and associated business processes (NetSuite experience is a strong plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong business analysis capabilities and a consultative, client-first mindset.
• Contribute to various internal MHI initiatives including resource mentorship and ongoing NetSuite education
• Willingness to learn and develop NetSuite product skills in all areas as required by customer engagements
• This role may include travel, and occasional flexibility in working hours, including nights and weekends which may be necessary to meet project deadlines or address unforeseen circumstances during engagements

Your Background:

• Undergraduate degree in relevant field or MBA or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years serving as a dedicated Project Manager leading ERP Implementations
• NetSuite certifications highly preferred – NetSuite ERP consultant, NetSuite Certified Administrator, and SuiteFoundation
• Strong background in finance/accounting, consulting and advisory services, general vertical-specific industry experience
• Individual has project managed at least 5 enterprise-level NetSuite or NSAW projects involving multiple dependent workstreams, 3rd parties, and other related complicated business integration requirements.
• Comprehensive understanding of landscape of web technologies and standards
• Experience and knowledge of best practices surrounding ERP and proven methodologies
• PMP, Scrum Master, or other formal project management certification.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud infrastructure and security best practices.
• Understand SDLC, project management methodology (Agile/Waterfall) in data and BI projects

Our Process:

Our interview process is efficient and provides you with an opportunity to showcase your strengths, current abilities and share your future career aspirations while learning whether Myers-Holum would be a good fit for you. You will be paired with a member of our recruiting team who will handle all of the logistics as well as provide thoughtful feedback after each touchpoint to ensure you are kept within the loop from start to finish. Our recruiting timeline can be flexible to align with your circumstances; our typical timeline can take 2-4 weeks to complete however this can be adjusted or expedited depending on your needs. You can expect the following touchpoints when interviewing with MHI

• 30-minute call with our recruiting team
• 60-minute video call with a MHI Team Lead, Delivery Manager, or Practice Manager
• 90-minute interactive "Case Study" session with a Delivery Manager or Practice Manager
• Executive leadership review and decision making

A reasonable estimated salary range for this position is $115,000 - 160,000 USD. Total compensation for this role also will include a quarterly incentive plan with the potential for an additional $5,000 to $100,000 per year. This position and compensation range is for candidates who reside in the United States. Our compensation ranges and packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate. It is not a common practice or guaranteed for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and compensation decisions are determined using a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to; skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications, and specific location due to cost of living & labor considerations; All of which will be considered during the interview and offer process. Salary ranges and incentive plans will differ in other countries in which MHI pays local currency.
