Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting criminal defense. Participate in firm-wide initiatives aimed at improving client service and operational efficiency. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Requirements: 10 years of experience in criminal defense law. In-depth knowledge of criminal defense procedures and case law. Proven experience in trial preparation and courtroom advocacy. Ability to handle complex cases and manage high-pressure situations. Strong communication, negotiation, and legal writing skills. Active California State Bar membership. Located within or willing to relocate to the Riverside, CA area. Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Certifications: Active membership in the California State Bar. Skills: Expertise in criminal law and defense strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
