\nWork Hours: 6:45AM - 5:15PM
\nTotal Weekly Hours: 40\n\n \n\n \n\n Description: \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJob (1) CSFA - 10 HR Days - Hendersonville, NC \n\nStart: 12/15/2025 or 12/29/2025 but must be secured to start the credentialing process as the pre application will be due 10/4/2025\n\n***The CFSA must be credentialed to the same standards as an advanced provider. Their start date will depend on completion of the facility’s credentialing process. For a 12/15 or 12/29 start, the pre-application form must be submitted by 10/4/2025, after which credentialing can begin. The Credentials Committee will review all compliance by 12/4/2025 for clearance.***\n\nContract length: 13 weeks
\nGSA: up to 40 hours per week. Hours not guaranteed week of orientation or during the holidays where the unit is closed.
\n**Facility can cancel one shift biweekly without penalty**\n\nOrientation: the first week of orientation will be 5-8hr day shifts
\nShift: 10hr Days 0645-1715, Attending morning huddle at 0645
\nFloat Requirement: None
\nOn Call/Call Back Requirements: Weekend call - Saturday at 7 am to Monday at 7 am (approx. every 6 weeks)
\nWeeknight call- clinician will be assigned (1) weeknight of call per week from 7p-7a.
\nHoliday: (1) 24-hour call once per contract. Recognized holidays: New Years’ Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, and Christmas Day
\nStaff Meeting: 4th week of every month\n\nRequired Certifications to be attached upon submittal: CSFA Certification (NBSTSA), and AHA BLS
\nRequired CURRENT Experience: STRONG ORTHO BACKGROUND
\nTotal Joints, Orthopedics (multitude of cases), Spine, Urology, Endo, General Surgery, and No Heart or Brain Surgery 
\nMinimum Experience: 1 -2 years based on trauma level experience and must have completed 2 travel assignments 
\nCharting Experience Required: none
\nHard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates\n\n10 ORs, 3 Procedure Rooms\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
