What You'll Do:

    \n
  • \n MIG Welding : Perform MIG welding to join metal parts, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
  • \n
  • \n Production Task Execution : Follow process sheets, blueprints, or verbal instructions from the supervisor to complete production tasks accurately.
  • \n
  • \n Material Handling : Maneuver large or heavy parts manually or with the assistance of a crane, as required.
  • \n
  • \n Weld Inspection & Finishing : Inspect welds throughout the process for quality, using grinding tools as necessary to achieve desired finishes.
  • \n
  • \n Machine & Workspace Maintenance : Keep machines and work areas clean and adhere to safety protocols.
  • \n
  • \n Quality Control : Inspect finished work to ensure it meets predetermined tolerances and standards.
  • \n
  • \n Cross-Functional Support : Assist in other areas or departments as assigned to meet production needs.
  • \n

What You'll Bring:

    \n
  • \n MIG Welding Experience : Prior experience in MIG welding within a manufacturing environment or equivalent technical schooling is required.
  • \n
  • \n Additional Welding Skills : Experience with Flux Core welding is a plus.
  • \n
  • \n Tool Proficiency : Familiarity with grinding tools, drill presses, and ironwork is advantageous.
  • \n
  • \n Communication & Documentation : Basic oral communication skills; ability to read and understand written instructions in English and complete basic logs and reports in English.
  • \n
  • \n Physical Capability : Physically able to lift, push, pull, and position heavy components as required.
  • \n
  • \n Attendance & Compliance : Ability to work scheduled hours and adhere to company timekeeping and all other policies.
  • \n
  • \n Shift Endurance : Ability to consistently stand for the entire duration of the shift in a non-climate-controlled environment.
  • \n
  • \n Mechanical Knowledge : General mechanical knowledge is beneficial.
  • \n
  • \n Team Orientation : Able to work cooperatively with others and contribute as a team player.
  • \n
  • \n Attention to Detail : Demonstrates accuracy and reliability in all tasks.
  • \n

  • \n 2nd Shift - Monday - Thursday 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM
