This candidate should be creative, consistent, and goal-orientated in order to communicate both the Bria Hammel Interiors and Brooke & Lou brands to our online communities. Responsibilities Social Media (70%) Work with the Marketing team to spearhead ideas and lead initiatives to generate growth for Instagram, Substack, and Pinterest for Bria Hammel Interiors and Brooke & Lou.Develop the content calendars for BHI and B&Ls Instagram accounts. Write captions, schedule, and coordinate feed content. Ideate and create original content for Instagram accounts for Reels, Feed, and stories. Assist in responding to direct messages and comments in a timely manner for both Instagram accounts.Work alongside Sr. Marketing Manager and Paid Ads contractor to create the creative assets and copy for paid social advertisements for Brooke & Lou.Attend photoshoots, events, etc. to capture behind-the-scenes moments.Contribute to regular performance reports (weekly/monthly) for both brands.Assist in content creation for the Bria Hammel Interiors Substack 4-5 posts per month. Website (20%)Update Bria Hammel Interiors portfolio page with new projects.Assist with misc. website updates for Brooke & Lou (I.e. updating product imagery, adding lifestyle images to product pages, updating website banners, homepage imagery, etc.) as needed.Influencer Relations (10%)Work with Sr. Marketing Manager on execution of collaborations with social media influencers for campaigns and gifting opportunities for Brooke & Lou. QualificationsStrong understanding of social media platforms and their different strengths and opportunitiesFacebook, Pinterest, Substack, etc. Proficient with Canva.Creative writer and thinker.Organized and effective communicator.Understanding of Bria Hammel Interiors and Brooke & Lous style and brand voice.Familiar with the interior design industry and industry leaders and influencers.
